Couples massage allows two people to have a shared bonding experience. You will receive the same relaxation, rejuvenation, and pain relief during a couples massage that you receive during an individual massage. You and your partner will be massaged at the same time, on separate tables, by two different massage therapists. Prenatal/Perinatal massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women before birth (prenatal) as well as during and immediately after childbirth (perinatal). Perinatal is the period of time when you become pregnant at 20 weeks gestation and up to one year after giving birth. AMETHYST BODY SCRUB ($15): Crushed Amethyst gemstone crystals combined with magnesium-rich salt, organic virgin coconut oil, and Jasmine Sambac oil for a gentle exfoliating scrub. Best used for dryness, flakiness, and dullness for the lower arms/hands, back, and lower legs/feet. Natural, vegan, and cruelty free.
AROMA ($10): Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils from plants for healing. Massaged into the skin, the fragrances in the oils stimulate nerves in the nose. Oils are also applied into an oil diffuser during your session. Depending on the type of oil, the result on the body may be calming or stimulating. For Prenatal, use of oil diffuser only.
CBD RELIEF ($15): The natural anti-inflammatory and pain relieving agents of CBD reduces inflammation within muscles and joints. MUSCLE SOOTHING THERAPY ($10): Biofreeze is a pain relieving analgesic that will be applied to muscles leaving a fresh cooling effect that helps reduce pain. It's useful for treating not only sprains and sore muscles, but also arthritis and other types of joint pain. Biofreeze is a type of cryotherapy (cold therapy). It can also be useful before any type of therapy, such as chiropractic care or physical therapy.
