Hi, I'm Alanah!

I've been practicing massage therapy for over 6 years! A graduate of the Baltimore School of Massage in 2015 (now known as Cortiva Institute), I began my career in the massage therapy field as a Spa attendant at Angel's Touch Skincare & Wellness in Greenbelt, MD. After becoming licensed, I have since honed and refined my technique at boutique spas in addition to my private clientele. I'm nationally certified and licensed both in Maryland and Washington, DC and a certified Medical Massage Practitioner (MMP). I'm a member of the Association of Massage and Bodywork Professionals (ABMP) as well as Board Certified by the National Certifying Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB). I have worked in a variety of settings, from small business spas to filling in at five star spas and am thrilled to call Blissful Massage & Bodywork LLC my home.

I was born in Washington, DC, with Prince George's County, Maryland being my home most of my life growing up as a military child. Ever since I was young girl, I loved to dance, listen to music, and enjoyed being around those I love. I'm a mother of one boy and one girl, giving back to the same community I grew up in by providing wellness services with massage therapy. I always envisioned myself helping others and im happy to live my dream of having my own business doing so.

I combine my accumulated training and experience to give each client the best massage for them each session, blending the most effective techniques according to unique needs and preferences.
